Should the corona pandemic extend into the winter of 2024/2025, we will again adjust the cancellation rules step by step from December 24.

General General Cancellation Rules: valid for all cancellations not related to Corona Pandemic, i.e. open borders, no travel warnings, no quarantine
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Deposit returned.
Cancellations in the last 30 days before arrival 30% cancellation fee.

Corona pandemic: You can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival if the following circumstances occur: If the booked accommodation or all ski areas included in the booked ski pass are closed one day before the start of your trip (day of arrival) due to the corona pandemic, you can cancel free of charge. This also applies if there is a travel warning from the Foreign Offices of the various European nation states (risk area classification) for the booked vacation destination or if travel is not possible due to border closures in the destination country.

Valid for all European countries. This deposit refund guarantee is also valid and will be applied if the country of origin imposes a quarantine obligation of 5-14 days upon return.  We will arrange for the refund of the deposit within 14 days of cancellation.
