Altachhof in Winter

In winter, carve down snow-covered mountain slopes and feel it: true freedom must be limitless above the clouds. Winter fun and deep powder thrills – from the hotel, hop on the free ski shuttle running every few minutes between 8 and 11 a.m. and head straight into skiing and snowboarding adventures. Enjoy 270 km of perfectly groomed slopes, carve to your heart’s content, and simply be happy on the snowy mountainsides.

This is pure wellness – a feeling of “I’m exactly where I want to be.” At the end of the day, ski down our very own groomed home slope from Bernkogel/Westernstadl straight back to Altachhof – or take our free ski shuttle from the center of Saalbach back to the hotel.

Since merging with the Fieberbrunn cable cars in the 2015/16 winter season, the new Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn has become not only Austria’s largest connected ski area, but also one of the most diverse. Both sides combine their unique strengths into one unbeatable offering – with a total of 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 cable cars and lifts.
