At check-in, all you need to do is check the data and sign the registration form. At check-in, we ask that only 1 person per family (with mask) come to the reception desk in order to avoid crowds on busy days of arrival. In order to ensure a quick check-out as quickly as possible, you can pay the day before the departure day. You can check the bill in peace and - if you wish - pay it the same evening or the next morning. This means that “traffic jams” at check-out can be avoided on busy days of departure.
Others:
Meals beginn with the dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfastbuffet of the day of depature.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten, lactose and other intolerances
Order vegetarian food in advance.
It is not possible to eat vegetarian as an option.
Vegan cuisine, any kind of intolerances, allergies, gluten-free food, lactose-free food must be agreed before reservation.

Dogs are not allowed in the dining room!
Sauna rules
-Before visiting the sauna is always showered
-Dry off after showering in the sauna,
-Never stay longer than it is pleasant, however, 15 minutes per sauna gear is enough
-In the sauna you use a large towel to sit on it or lay
-The sauna is not entered in swimwear
-After leaving the sauna, a short stay in the air bath takes place
-The first thing to do is to cool off the arms and legs
-Always cool off when starting to cool down. Only then is the hull cooled down.
-Do not do gymnastics in the sauna and do not talk much!
-Sit up slowly before getting up and leaving the sauna and do not get up quickly! (Fainting risk)
-After the sauna, rest for 20 minutes and drink enough water

-The prices are per person and night plus local tax Local tax: € 2,00 per person and night until 31.10.2024. Starting 1.11.2024 local tax per person age 15 are € 2,40 per night
-Short stays up to 3 days: supplement of € 10 - € 30 per person and night
Children in the parents room:
- Children to 1,99 years are free in douple- and familyroom, must be 2 full paying people.
- Sommer: Children from 2 to 4,99 years pay 30.--euro per day in douple- and familyroom, must be 2 full paying people.
- Winter: Children from 2 to 4,99 years pay 30.--euro per day in douple- and familyroom, must be 2 full paying people.
