The varied breakfast buffet with lots of fruit and hearty foods ensures a good mood in the morning. Rolls, Kornspitz, black bread, wholemeal bread, boiled eggs, cheese, spreads, sausage, ham and bacon specialties (from our own production or from the region), various homemade jams from our forests and meadows with honey, butter, yoghurt, juices and cold ones and warm milk, rounded off with a selection of cereals such as muesli and corn flakes. Evening menu: We cook international, regional and famous dishes from the “Viennese cuisine” and surprise you with delicacies from the local “Pinzgau cuisine”. Depending on the weather, there can also be a winter barbecue evening. We are always good for surprises. Salads, starters and soups from the buffet. Main courses served at the table and a sweet dessert at the end. In addition, you can always order drinks to your heart's content or drink a delicious espresso.
